UzzApp can be integrated with any external system that supports webhooks or REST APIs.
Integration types available
- Outgoing Webhook: UzzApp sends events (new message, new contact, conversation resolved) to an external URL.
- REST API: read and write data in UzzApp via HTTP endpoints.
- Native integrations: Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce (available on Business plan and above).
- Zapier / Make: connect UzzApp to 3,000+ apps without code.
How to configure a webhook
- 1Go to Settings → Integrations → "New Webhook".
- 2Enter the destination URL.
- 3Select the events you want to receive.
- 4Configure authentication headers if needed.
- 5Save and test.
